A West Nyack man was arrested Friday and charged with murder in connection to a missing person case out of Greenwood Lake in Orange County. New York State Police say 63 year-old Joseph Janulewicz faces second degree murder after the body of 56 year-old Brian Romney of Greenwood Lake was found at a residence in West Nyack.
