In New York, there have been only 23 criminal convictions for voter fraud in the state, only five of which were related to fraudulent use of absentee ballots. Across the U-S, there have been more than 14-hundred cases of voter fraud, resulting in a little over 12-hundred convictions, and 48 civil penalties, according to the Heritage Foundation. The Early Mail Voter Act just needs the governor’s signature to become law.
