The U.S. Small Business Administration said yesterday the Paycheck Protection Program won’t be taking any more applications for the $349 billion program because it’s run out of money. Small businesses were reportedly edged out of the federal loan program due to a loophole. The publication “Restaurant Business” says larger chains were able to secure millions in funding while smaller companies couldn’t meet some of the requirements.
