Two More Rockland Towns Declare Local States of Emergency

Two more of Rockland’s towns have declared local states of emergency. Ramapo and Stony Point yesterday joined Clarkstown and Orangetown, which did so earlier in the week. Stony Point supervisor Jim Monaghan says the police department will have to change the way they do their jobs…

The police are no longer be doing car seat installations or fingerprinting services. The town is limiting the number of people who can be in town hall.
