Two were charged last week by Ramapo Police with using credit cards that were stolen from a car. Ramapo Police say a 36 year-old man faces charges of Identity Theft, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Grand Larceny and Conspiracy, while a 16-year-old faces similar charges. The adult was released on his own recognizance and is due back in Ramapo Justice Court. The teen was released to his parents, his case is being handled in Rockland County Family Court.
