Three Orangetown Libraries to Host Q&A on Potential District Consolidation

January 31, 2020 by helpdesk1

Three libraries in Orangetown could be combining into a single district, but that’ll eventually be up to area voters. Tappan, Palisades and Orangeburg library officials are holding a Q&A session tomorrow to discuss a report produced by Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress. The move won’t be finalized unless voters give it the thumbs up in a referendum vote. Tomorrow morning’s Q&A session is being held at 10 in Orangeburg Library’s Greenbush Auditorium. The efficiency study can be found here.
