One of the suspects in last week’s federal gun investigation in Nanuet by the DEA that left a suspect in the hospital after being shot is expected to be arraigned today. The shooting took place at the DoubleTree hotel on Route 59. 33 year-old Christopher Perez of the Bronx faces a felony charge of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Perez was arraigned on Thursday and released on bail, pending further court action. The second unidentified suspect was originally to be arraigned Friday, but he is now expected to be in court today.
