SUEZ Looks to Put HQ Plans Before Clarkstown Planning Board in November

Suez New York hopes to get in front of the Clarkstown Planning Board sometime next month to finalize changes to the site plan for the outside of their new proposed headquarters in West Nyack. Last month, Clarkstown supervisor George Hoehmann said part of the holdup over the summer were the changes the company wanted to make to the parking lot and for an additional building on the grounds…

SUEZ Director of External Affairs, Bill Madden, says they need to finalize changes to the site plan for the outside of the company’s new Headquarters…

The last planning board vote taken on the company’s plans was deadlocked at 3-3. The company says it needs the larger space so they can move from their current location on West Nyack Road in West Nyack to the former 27-acre Tilcon site on Old Mill Road near Lake Deforest.
