Stony Point Could See New Legislation for Project at Letchworth Village

May 14, 2019 by helpdesk1

Stony Point residents could get a first look tonight at legislation being proposed to help with a developer’s plans for the town’s 25 acres at Letchworth Village. Legislation is needed to change the zoning of part of the golf course so the developer could proceed with plans for the area, which would include keeping the golf course. Stony Point supervisor Jim Monaghan says the legislation would help the sale of the land go through…

The bill would need to be passed by the legislature and signed by the governor before the session ends June 19th.
