The Spring Valley NAACP Young Adult Committee is hosting a candlelight vigil tonight at Spring Valley’s Memorial Park, honoring those who died at the hands of police officers, including the latest, George Floyd, who died after a Minneapolis police officer kept his knee on his neck for nearly nine minutes.
