A 23-year-old Spring Valley man faces attempted kidnapping and strangulation charges after allegedly attacking a woman by choking her unconscious. Published reports say Daniel Pulla-Pilco was arrested for the September 9th incident and charges have since been filed by a county grand jury. He’s accused of allegedly dragging the victim into a poorly lit area on Van Orden Avenue, knocking her to the ground from behind and choking her. He faces up to seven years in prison if convicted. He was arraigned in Spring Valley Justice Court and is being held in the county jail on $15,000 bail.
