The South Nyack Village Board yesterday decided to hire an attorney to review any land-use applications for the 107-acre Nyack College. They’re also bringing in a consultant to appraise the property. Concern has been growing in the area about what may replace the campus, which shut down and relocated students into the city last December. No buyer has been officially revealed.
