Saturday Marks 10th Anniversary of North Rockland Mother’s Murder, Suspect Still at Large

September 23, 2022 by Jeff Lewis

Tomorrow marks ten years since a North Rockland mother was killed, allegedly by her father-in-law, and he’s been on the run ever since. Eugene Palmer remains on the FBI’s Most Wanted list. Stony Point supervisor Jim Monaghan says despite various health issues, the FBI still considers the now 83 year-old Palmer to be armed and dangerous…

Tammy Palmer was allegedly ambushed and shot by her father-in-law following a heated confrontation after she had walked her children to the morning school bus stop. He was believed to have fled into Harriman State Park but the trail grew cold and he’s never been found. Anyone with information on Palmer’s whereabouts is asked to contact the bureau at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
