Rockland’s First West Nile Virus Infected Mosquitoes Found in Pearl River

Orangetown has Rockland’s first positive case of West Nile Virus. The infected mosquitoes were collected from a trap in Pearl River earlier this month and confirmed by the state. No human cases have been reported this season. To get free Mosquito dunks from the county health department, visit their website or call 845-364-3173.
