The Rockland County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate a 40 year-old man on two outstanding sex assault warrants, one involving a victim who was less than 11 years old. It’s not known where Augustin Morales is from but he is described as 5-feet 5-inches tall, 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Officials urge you not to approach or try to apprehend him yourself. You should contact the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office at 845-638-5400.
