Rockland School Districts Take Different Approaches to Upcoming School Year

With still a few weeks to go, area school districts are putting the final details on their re-opening plans, and it varies from district to district. In Nanuet,superintendent Dr. Kevin McCahill says the action plans have to be nimble as the situation frequently changes, but at this time they are going with a plan that brings back students at fifty percent capacity… 

In the South Orangetown school district they’re going with a 50 percent plan as well, but their students will be one week in-school, one week at-home. Suffern is going with an all distance-learning approach.
