The second of two killers of a Pearl River teen could be walking the streets again soon, possibly here in the county. That is unless the parole board decides to reverse their decision earlier this month to free 60 year-old Robert McCain, convicted in the 1980 murder and sexual assault of Paula Bohovesky as she walked home from the Pearl River library.
