Rockland County Water Task Force to Present Conservation and Implementation Plan Wednesday Night in New City

February 18, 2020 by helpdesk1

The Rockland County Water Task Force will be presenting its Comprehensive Water Conservation and Implementation plan during a special Legislature meeting Wednesday night in New City. The Task Force plan details the conservation efforts needed to help keep Rockland able to supply residents with water. Now, to find out what the Rockland County Water Task Force has in mind, head out to the Rockland County Legislative Chambers in New City Wednesday night at 6pm. The plan predicts Rockland’s population will increase from 328,000 people to more than 409,000 by 2050, so an adequate water supply is needed to serve them all.
