Rockland Added to FEMA’s Major Disaster Declaration in New York Following Hurricane Ida

If you’re a Rockland resident and experienced damage during Hurricane Ida, you can now file for FEMA Disaster Assistance. Rockland County Executive Ed Day and Director of Fire and Emergency Services Chris Kear say Rockland’s been added to FEMA’s Major Disaster Declaration in New York. You can call FEMA’s toll-free helpline at 800-621-3362 or visit DisasterAssistance.gov.
