Shabbos candles are being blamed for a fire in Spring Valley early Saturday morning. That’s according to MonseyScoop.com. The fire took place at 51 Gladys Drive at the Country Village Heights condos and was reported just before 2AM. Shabbos candles reportedly fell over, starting the blaze, which the homeowner unsuccessfully tried to put out. There were no injuries reported. The incident is under investigation.
