The Bluefield Extension housing project in Ramapo has been dealt yet another blow. An acting New York State Supreme Court justice has reportedly blocked a Ramapo zoning board decision to allow 15 units of multi-family housing on the single-acre site along Union Road. The Journal News says the town will appeal the decision.
