Pomona’s newly-elected mayor filed a lawsuit last week in state Supreme Court claiming village officials haven’t provided access to computers, bank accounts, email and other records, including critical financial data. The Journal News says Mayor Ian Banks claims Pomona is being “irreparably harmed” by his “inability to utilize its email system and website.” The village’s annual budget is due today.
