The pandemic’s been tough on all of us, so RCC is looking to elevate hope over despair by showing appreciation for people’s talents and gifts. Professor Patty Maloney-Titland is with RCC’s Department of Visual and Performing Arts and a co-coordinator of the virtual “Unity in Community: Rising as One” festival, the goal of which is to lift up the community during this unprecedented time…
And the festival isn’t limited to people…you’re encouraged to submit pictures of your pet for a photo contest — the two categories are “cute pet” and “sleepy pet.” The deadline for the contest is today.
