Ramapo’s Zoning Board of Appeals has approved a multi-family housing project, despite a previous ruling by a judge overturning its original approval. The Bluefield Extension was approved again Thursday night in a five-to-nothing vote. The vote clears the way for the project on around an acre off Union Road. In an email, Michael Miller of CUPON said the board was biased in favor of the builder, and the group is meeting with attorneys and others to consider their next move.
