A 16 year-old from Spring Valley has been arrested in connection with an incident Sunday in which a person was shot in the face with a gel pellet gun. Ramapo Police say the incident took place around 2:20 Sunday morning on Decatur Avenue in Spring Valley. Detectives discovered three juveniles had been out joy-riding. The unidentified 16 year-old was charged with Attempted Assault, Reckless Endangerment and Criminal Possession of a Weapon. Family Court is handling the case.
