Suffern Police, the Rockland Drug Task Force and Rockland SWAT team used a no-knock warrant to raid a Suffern man’s home and found lots of drugs and weapons late last week. Police say Roche is a six-time convicted felon, primarily for narcotics and weapons possession. He is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal possession of stolen property. He was sent to the Rockland County Jail based on his past felony convictions.
