Stony Point residents could end up voting on the town board’s plan to sell the Patriot Hills Golf Course and 25 acres of former Letchworth Village property. 543 signatures were submitted to the town clerk questioning the proposal’s lack of details. Supervisor Jim Monaghan has maintained he and the board have shared details of the plan. The town board reportedly will not challenge the petition, but a date for the vote has not yet been scheduled, as the coronavirus situation has already put a hold on most meetings and public events.
