Thursday’s ruckus at the Rockland Business Association luncheon featuring Rockland’s congressman is still under investigation by the Orangetown Police Department. About a dozen protestors apparently from a Washington D.C.-based group called “Climate Defiance” swarmed last week’s RBA meeting as Congressman Mike Lawler was speaking. Video posted to LoHud.com shows some pushing and shoving between guests and protestors, and RBA CEO Al Samuels suspects the protestors may have had help from two people who purchased tickets and attended the luncheon.
