New York, New Jersey and Connecticut’s governors all agreed to start limiting crowds to 50 people, restaurants and bars are now limited to take-out and delivery service, and movie theaters, gyms and casinos temporarily closed last night as of 8pm. In Bergen County, the malls will close later tonight.
