Clarkstown Councilman Pat Carroll, a Democrat, has announced that, after speaking with community leaders, he plans to run for Zebrowski’s Assembly seat. In a Facebook post, he said filling his shoes will be no easy task, and he hopes to build on Zebrowski’s “substantial achievements.”
