No one was reported injured after a fire broke out in the garage of a Hillcrest home. Ramapo Police say one of their officers was on his way to another call when he spotted the fire at the Trinity Avenue home. He immediately called dispatch and the information was relayed to County Headquarters. In a statement, Hillcrest Fire Company assistant chief Peter Gessner said the fire started just before ten o-clock last night. Hillcrest, Monsey and Spring Valley departments all responded to the blaze. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
