New Signage Coming to South Nyack Thruway Exit Area; No Final Date for Shared Use Path Completion

February 26, 2020 by helpdesk1

Construction crews are installing a new overhead signage system at exit 10 off the Thruway in South Nyack this week. You can expect traffic delays in that area, of course, because of that. South Nyack mayor Bonnie Christian says there’s no date set yet for the work’s completion or for when the Shared Use Path might be done…

The Shared Use Path on the new Tappan Zee Bridge will connect Westchester and Rockland for use by cyclists and pedestrians. When it’s complete, it’ll be a 12-foot wide path located on the northern side of the bridge’s westbound span, separated from traffic by a concrete barrier.
