The New City man who allegedly shot and killed his former boss at a North Rockland funeral home pleaded not guilty to the charges in court yesterday. Lohud.com said 60 year-old Gerard O’Sullivan was indicted last week for the murder of 42 year-old Noah Hamer, the general manager of T.J. McGowan Sons Funeral Home in Haverstraw earlier this month. O’Sullivan had reportedly recently been fired when the shooting occurred February 6th. O’Sullivan faces charges of second-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder and menacing a police officer. He is being held without bail at the Rockland County jail and is due back in court on Wednesday.
