A Nanuet woman was arraigned yesterday after being accused of stealing more than 80-thousand dollars from her employer. Rockland County D-A Tom Walsh says 48 year-old Margarita Guina worked as a bookkeeper for Rockland Tree Experts/Wickes Arborists from 2016 to 2020. Walsh says sixty different times she used the businesses payroll account to make mobile payments directly to her own bank account. She faces thirty-one counts including Grand Larceny and Forgery. Guina was arraigned in Rockland County Court yesterday and released on her own recognizance. She is due back in court February 8th.
