More COVID Vaccines Coming to NY, Local Lawmaker Calls Nursing Home Situation “Troubling”

Cuomo says they’ll be getting about five percent more vaccine than they were before. Also on the rise, the dissatisfaction with the governor’s handling of nursing homes at the beginning of the COVID crisis. Rockland state senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick says the Senate will be holding hearings about this very troubling situation…

COVID-19 by the numbers now, here in Rockland, we lost six more to COVID, the total is 842. We’ve got 82 hospitalized confirmed with coronavirus, and 2,773 active cases. Our total case count is 34,830, that’s 126 more than Tuesday.
