The man charged with killing a Finkelstein Library security officer in Spring Valley earlier this year now faces rape charges for an incident that occurred months earlier at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. That’s according to LoHud.com. 26-year-old Blanchard Glaudin was released from jail in December on an attempted rape accusation after Rockland’s District Attorney didn’t hold a bail hearing. That’s been under investigation by Rockland’s current D-A Thomas Walsh, who wasn’t D-A at the time. The findings of the investigation, or whether it has concluded, has not been released.
