Additionally, all county fairs in the state have now been called off, following the recent cancellation of the state fair in Syracuse for the first time since the World War Two era. Area gyms aren’t happy about still being left out. They’ve filed a class action lawsuit against the state. In a statement to FoxBusiness, the governor’s office said it couldn’t comment on the suit, but said they’re looking to avoid a second wave like other states and gyms require “further study.” Casinos, amusement parks and movie theaters, including those inside malls, also remain closed.
