Chambers served time for the killing of 18 year-old Jennifer Levin in Central Park more than three decades ago. The 56 year-old Chambers was released from the Shawangunk Correctional Facility in Ulster County on July 25th after serving 15 years of a 19-year sentence stemming from a separate drugs and assault case.
