Several Hudson Valley Police departments, including two in Rockland County, are getting millions in reimbursement funds from the feds after helping take down a criminal pharmaceutical company. The Rockland Sheriff’s Department got $1.8 million, while Westchester County, Yonkers, the Putnam County Sheriff, New Windsor and Woodbury also got a portion of the $16 million the company had to pay. They were originally supposed to pay $20 million, but the company went bankrupt.
