The Haverstraw Police Department is investigating a fatal hit and run accident involving a pedestrian that happened around 6:30 this morning. It happened on Thiells Mt. Ivy Road near the Hillcrest Firehouse in Pomona. Haverstraw Police are investigating the incident and ask anyone with any information to contact them at 845-942-3730.
