A 27 year-old Haverstraw man faces charges for allegedly leaving the scene of a fatal accident in Stony Point Tuesday night. Police say Jorge Flores-Villalba was driving a Honda Pilot when he struck and killed an unidentified woman at the intersection of Route 9W and Filors Lane around 8:45 Christmas Eve.
