A Garnerville man pleaded not guilty in Rockland County Court yesterday to charges related to a fatal hit-and-run incident in West Nyack last summer. That’s according to News 12. 35 year-old Patrick Sharkey allegedly left the scene but later turned himself in after allegedly striking 18-year-old Dariel Rivera of Central Nyack who was riding a scooter to work on Route 303 just south of the Route 59 overpass in West Nyack. Sharkey was allegedly driving with a revoked license and without a required interlock device. He reportedly posted a $150,000 bond.
