Future of Letchworth Village Unknown; Stony Point Supervisor says Developer Wants to Move Forward

The coronavirus situation has put a question mark on the development planned for Letchworth Village. Though there’s no contract in place, Stony Point supervisor Jim Monaghan says the developer is still interested in maintaining the golf course and adding a hotel, a conference center, retail and a 55-and-older community to the 25-acre site…

Monaghan says the town will vote on the fate of the project, though it’s not clear when the vote could be held. The town board approved the sale of the golf course and Letchworth Village property in February.
