May 14, 2020 by helpdesk1

Workers on the front lines in New York, including nurses, doctors, transit workers and police officers, have been testing positive for coronavirus at lower rates than the general population. Members of the New York State Police are at the 3 percent positive mark, compared to 12 percent of the upstate New York population. Other COVID-19 numbers, the state now has confirmed around 340,000 total cases of coronavirus across the state and more than 22,000 deaths.
