Rockland County yesterday announced the first confirmed group of mosquitoes this year to test positive for West Nile Virus. The State Department of Health last week found the infected mosquitoes in a trap in Haverstraw. 266 groups have been submitted by the county Health Department this season thus far, and there have been no human cases yet.
