Early Voting Starts Saturday – Here’s Where You Can Vote

October 23, 2020 by helpdesk1

Early voting begins in New York tomorrow, and there are four locations in Rockland you can do that. Stony Point supervisor Jim Monaghan says each town hall in Rockland — Ramapo, Haverstraw, Orangetown and Clarkstown — except his, is open for early voting…

Last year Stony Point’s town hall did not meet the Board of Elections’ requirements under the Americans with Disabilities act. Stony Point did offer to open up the ROH building for voting, but that was declined.

Hundreds of volunteers with Common Cause/NY are ready to help voters with their non-partisan questions on Election Day. Executive Director Jane Lerner says they want to ensure safe and fair elections for all New Yorkers…

Lerner encourages voters to report any misconduct to the national election protection hotline, 886-OUR-VOTE. Click here for the times each polling site is open.
