The number of COVID-19-related deaths here in Rockland has topped the 400 mark, as the president and New York’s governor had a coronavirus meeting at the White House yesterday, with the governor saying the meeting was “productive.” Andrew Cuomo told MSNBC yesterday President Trump wants to double COVID-19 testing in New York state from 20,000 to 40,000 per day.
