COVID Numbers Good in NY, but More Need to be Vaccinated for Herd Immunity

India, Brazil, Turkey, Vietnam and South Africa have all seen upticks in COVID cases, and, according to the Associated Press, a slow roll-out of vaccines in Japan could trigger a global spread of different variants of the virus.
