Coronavirus Impacting Tourism in Rockland County

Tourism from China is taking a major hit due to the coronavirus. Oxford Economics estimates visitors spend an average of $6,000 per trip here in the U.S., not including money spent on airfare or education. A recent report on RCBizJournal.com estimated Chinese tourism brought Rockland $60 million in revenue in 2018.
