Another deadline for congestion pricing after the April 20th date has come and gone and the tolls are still up and running. Gothamist.com reports the Federal Highway Administration is threatening to withhold federal funds if the toll isn’t shut down by May 21st. The governor has said the system is legal and will continue. The MTA and the feds have been in court since federal approval for the tolls was yanked in February.
